                               RESOLUTION NO. 19700
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE 
                   CITY ATTORNEY TO RETAIN ENGINEERING AND 
                   OTHER CONSULTANT SERVICES TO ASSIST IN THE 
                   DEFENSE OF THE CASE OF HAREN CONSTRUCTION 
                   CO., INC. V. CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, AND TO 
                   INCUR NECESSARY AND REASONABLE EXPENSES 
                   THERETO.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be 
       and is hereby authorized to retain engineering and other 
       consultant services to assist in the defense of the case of Haren 
       Construction Co., Inc. v. City of Chattanooga, and to incur 
       necessary and reasonable expenses thereto.
